Automated Reminders: No more missed meetings. Calendly’s automatic reminders ensure you and your guests stay on track and don’t forget appointments in your busy virtual office.
How to Set Up:
1. In Calendly, go to your account dropdown menu and select My Link.
2. Change your link to your unique Link to Me magic link, which you can copy to your clipboard by clicking the link icon in the upper left corner of your screen when inside of Katmai.
Your Link to Me URL can be found by going to the space setting of your desired space, clicking the three dots, and selecting “Link to Me”.
Or you can copy your Link To Me URL from directly within your Katmai virtual office. Head to the top left corner and hit the purple "Link" icon.
To get your Instant Katmai link, head to your dashboard. Then, in the top right corner, click on the Instant Katmai button.
3. Save the changes.
Once set up, anyone who books a meeting with you via Calendly will be sent directly to your Katmai waiting room, ready for you to admit them into your office.
