FEATURE UPDATES
New Architecture: The Penthouse
We've introduced the Penthouse, a versatile new space for both business and social interactions. The Penthouse features coworking spaces, a movie theater, a boardroom, and a roof deck, offering the perfect mix of professional meeting areas and relaxed spaces to hang out with friends and colleagues. It's now easier than ever to get work done and enjoy downtime—all in one immersive environment.

User Status Feature
The new User Status feature now allows you to see at a glance who is available, in a meeting, or has their door closed. You can even spot guests in your space! This will help you better manage your interactions—whether you want to jump into a quick chat or leave someone undisturbed while they’re in a meeting.
“Add User” Upgrades
We've made some significant improvements to the Add User functionality:
You’ll now find a convenient “Add Users” button in your Katmai space menu.
When inviting someone to your organization, you are now required to select a space—making the process more intuitive.
Plus, you can now Add Users to your organization directly from within the Katmai experience.
“Guest Pass” Upgrades
We’ve enhanced the Guest Pass experience for smoother, more professional interactions:
Guests will now receive reminder emails before their scheduled appointments in Katmai.
After visiting Katmai, guests will get a visit summary, giving them a summary of their experience and making follow-ups easier.
