3 ways to bring folks together in Katmai.
Katmai provides you three ways to bring people into the experience.
INSTANT KATMAI
At the top of your Katmai dashboard, head to the “Instant Katmai” button. Click on it to create a space, and also to grab a link to that space that you can send to others.
The other two bring-people-together features are integrated into your Katmai virtual office experience.
LINK TO ME (VIRTUAL OFFICE)
While in your virtual office, click on the little purple link icon in the upper left of your browser window. That will create a link to your location that you can share to others, as needed, which will bring them to a Katmai lobby page.
You will be alerted that your guest is in the lobby – just a click away from you letting them into your sound zone. That link will work until you decide to delete it and create a new one.
GUEST PASS (VIRTUAL OFFICE)
Press “P” on your keyboard or click on the Guest Pass icon in the upper left of your browser window. Fill in all the information, hit “Create guest pass” and you’re good to go.
Your guests will arrive in your virtual office entry way at the agreed-upon time. Meet them there and show them around before you get down to business.
