How do I set up OfficeHours?

A quick tutorial on what "OfficeHours" means and how to use it.

OfficeHours is one of the ways that Katmai users structure their time in the virtual office.

Here’s how it works: 

1. When you’re in your virtual office and ready to kickoff your Office Hours, navigate to the OfficeHours icon in the upper left.

2. Your colleagues will receive an alert that your Office Hours have commenced and be given an opportunity to join the queue.

3. Look at your Queue List and admit the first guest.

4. Your teammate is notified that it’s their turn to meet with you. They click to join you in your sound zone.

5. When that meeting wraps and your guest leaves your soundzone, the next guest in your queue is activated.

And that’s all there is to it. You can end your hours, and users can leave the queue, at any time.
