      Make sure your device meets the specifications required for Katmai.

      Computer Specifications: 

      Device Laptop or desktop computer
      Processor (CPU) 8 cores
      e.g. Intel i7, AMD Ryzen 7, Apple M1/M2
      Memory (RAM) 16 GB 
      Graphics (GPU) 

      Dedicated or Apple M1/M2

      Hardware and Network Requirements: 

      Internet Connection Wi-fi or Ethernet 
      Microphone Built-in, wired external, or Bluetooth
      Speakers or headphones Built-in, wired external, or Bluetooth
      Webcam  Built-in or wired external

      Supported Operating Systems: 

      Mac

      macOS 13 or later

      Note: When updating to Mac OS Sequoia, we recommend using 15.3 or later
